Prussia?

I've never draw APH characters, everyone's so cute, but I like Prussia the most. and I thought he is the easiest for me to draw.

so I tried to draw this only from my memory.
The result is ..I don't remember any details about his wearings.. Oops.. (even though I read all of comics in the books and website) this clothes look like Austria's or something like that.
